Mr. D.P Dhal (Retd. IAS)
Mr. Dhal retired as Jt. Secretary from Govt. of Odisha after serving more than30years. He was also more than 10 years private secretary to the CMO. He has worked in the Govt. in various departments and had played a key role in implementing new programs launched by the Govt. Of Odisha. He had an excellent track record in the Govt. and he had also served as Chairman of Odisha Staff Selection Commission after his retirement for 4 years.
Mr. Brahmananda Mishra
Mr. Mishra is an exceptional technocrat, an outstanding organizer, an inspiring leader and an astute crisis manager. In his 27 year old career in SAIL's Rourkela Steel Plant, He won the Jawahar Award for the year 2004, the highest award for executives of SAIL. He is the Chairman of Bait Logitech Pvt. Ltd. He received a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCE, Burla and M.Tech from NIT, Rourkela.
Mr. Bimal Krushna Mishra
He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from UCE, Burla and done his MBA in HR & Marketing from XIMB, Bhubaneswar. He was Sr. Vice President of RSB Metaltech Pvt. Ltd. and was heading the upcoming Integrated Aluminum Project in Odisha. He has a long work experience with Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals Corporation, Ortel Communications, Mesco Steels, Cummins India and Jackson.

Mr. Debasis holds BE in Electronics Engineering and PGDBM from XIMB. He is the CEO and Managing Director of Odyssey Advance Telematics Systems (OATS), a well known name in the Telecom domain since 1993. He has vast experience in Integrated Telecom Project Management from basic Telephony, Radio Telephony, VSAT, GSM, WiLL, CDMA, 3G, 4G LTE installations, Optical Fiber Networking, O&M services for BSNL, Reliance & Airtel.
